I Am Because We Are was a collaborative event co-designed by Saira-Jayne - Artifacts and hosted by Your Life Your Story. 

The event was created in celebration and remembrance of Yusuf Paul McCormack, and in recognition of World Social Work Day 2021.

The event welcomed audience members from across the care experienced community, on an emotive, creative and reflective journey, connecting with the spirit of Ubuntu and each other, and sharing in remembering a much loved member of Your Life Your Story, Artifacts CEP and care experienced activist, advocate and all round giant of a man.
